If you have had a problem and wish to make a complaint please follow the steps below:
Step 1 - Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your sales order number. The email should briefly explain the issues which you are experiencing and we recommend that you include any photos to ensure that we deal with the complaint as fast as possible.
Step 2 - Our customer service team will create a case and contact you to discuss to investigate your case.

Once your complaint has been received, we will try to resolve it within 2-3 working days. Sometimes we need a little longer to investigate, however, we will keep you updated regularly regarding the status of your complaint.
