"Great experience, pleased with the final result and installation. Sales: Visited this branch because of the showroom but ultimately decided to go with them for the service Abdul Jabbar provided. He found the exact match to the sample, and was diligent with skirting samples where we had to go back and forth with samples 2 times. Underlay was also included in the quote, where 2 other vendors did not include it. Installation: Full day installation, the professionals seemed qualified and knowledgeable on how to approach the door trimming, under sink and corners. The photos of before and after speak for themselves, including corner caulking."

"Very poor experience with Floorworld. After installation, the service is basically zero. We reported gaps in the parquet and unfinished areas multiple times. They came, took photos, and left without fixing anything. We were promised a fix within 2 days — it’s been over 2 weeks with no action and no follow-up. Unacceptable after-sales service. Would not recommend."
