"Great service and an excellent team. I had my flooring installed by Floorworld three years ago, and it recently needed a bit of maintenance. I contacted the Floorworld team, and they responded immediately by arranging an inspection. The maintenance team came the very next day, and everything was completed within 48 hours. To top it off, their customer care team followed up the next day to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Outstanding after-sales service I highly recommend them!"

"I recently had my flooring installed by Floorworld and had a great experience! The team did an amazing job, everything was completed on time, and they were professional, friendly, and super helpful throughout the whole process. I’m really happy with the result and would definitely recommend them. 10/10! Thank you Jiffry, Kavi and Team T-1"

"Absolutely Terrible – Do Not Use This Company! This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company. They installed skirting in my property and within less than a year it’s already falling apart and damaged. The workmanship is shockingly bad, the materials feel cheap, and to make matters worse, when I complained, they refused to take any responsibility and tried to blame me instead! This is outrageous. A professional company should stand behind their work, not make excuses and push the fault onto the customer. Their customer service is unhelpful and shows zero accountability. Save yourself the headache and the money — this company is a complete waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone."

"Ordered their solid oak herringbone flooring. The whole experience exceeded expectations. Jiffery in sales, Motaz the installation manager and Satish who installed the product, were all amazing. Punctuality, coordination, communication and attention to detail were all excellent. I would give them 6 stars if I could. If you want first class flooring this is, without a doubt, the place to go!"
