Umm Suqeim Street, Al Barsha 2 - Dubai Showroom

"We have just installed Floorworld's LVT Classic Dark Oak Herringbone in our new house and we are very pleased with the result. Our experience and journey with Floorworld was pleasant, smooth and without any hiccups. Right from the time we walked into your branch on Umm Suqueim Rd when we were at shopping stage to the last day of installation, everything went smoothly. Sales Executive Ali Mahmoud was very professional, accommodating and efficient. He explained everything in great detail and was very patient even though we visited the branch many times before finally deciding to go with Floorworld. Communications through the various stages were smooth, quick and efficient. Installation Team 29 was good and meticulous. Roshan and his team completed the job in 5 working days. At the time of writing this review, they had just finished installation and as of now, we are very happy with the floor and workmanship. Roshan and team did a good job and were happy to go through the snagging with us. Good housekeeping too. We cannot wait to show this floor installation to all our friends and will definitely recommend Floorworld."

"I would like to update my previous review and sincerely thank the customer service team, especially Anu, for the way they handled the situation. After my complaint, they contacted me promptly and arranged for carpenters to come and properly cut and fit the turf according to my balcony measurements. I truly appreciate their effort to resolve the issue and their professionalism in making things right. The after-sales support made a big difference, and I am happy that the matter was handled seriously and efficiently. Thank you again to Anu and the team for the excellent customer care! Just a suggestion to double check if you also arrange the carpenter to cut set up the turf you are purchasing from this company."

The entire process was handled very professionally, and what really impressed me was the speed without compromising on quality—they completed the work in just one day! The finishing is excellent, and the flooring has completely transformed the look of my home. The Coordinator Kavita and Installation Team No T-1were punctual, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. They ensured everything was clean and perfectly done before wrapping up. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality flooring work done quickly and professionally!"
